Canceling Customer Subscription

    I have a client that paid for a subscription on my website and would like to cancel it. I tried everything I could think of including deleting their account but she is still getting billed. How do I make it so they aren’t getting billed?

    We have no history of sites, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    They are getting charged through Stripe. Do I need to talk with them? I assumed since the membership was created on my website I would have to cancel their account on my site.
