i have an account that was previously created & was not used, i created a new account with a different email address, and for some reason WordPress has connected the two accounts. I did not want this, how can i disconnect the two accounts?

Ah. We were typing at the same time. The staff may need to intervene. Please provide links to the two sites. When you log in on one, are you able to edit the other?

Yesterday October I9, I paid WordPress $26 to be taken from my bank account. I paid $13 for Domain mapping, $5 for Domain registration, then $8 for private registration, totaling $26. Then I see my old accounts connected, with no obvious way to disconnect. Next, we tried to upload a theme to find out that we had to pay $30 to do that with our designed theme. I then decided this was more trouble than its worth.
After I paid the $26, I then realize there is no one I can call for assistance, that I have to rely on ‘chatting to people’ who are not even affiliated with WordPress. I’m definitely dissatisfied and request a refund.
I request a refund. I talked with the bank and because it was an online withdrawal to my account, I have to wait till my bank statement.
Hopefully, someone with WordPress will read this. I would prefer to talk with someone with WordPress. But it seems that I have no choice.
I want a refund for my $26.
