Cancel my Account, Please.

I was directed by RingTo.com to sign up for Gravatar in order to change my avatar at RingTo.com, but the Gravatar did not work, so I tried to cancel my wordpress.org account since it seemed to want to make a lot of information public without the promised benefit. Now I find that you refuse to cancel the account and provide no means to do so. To say the least, that is irritating. I have removed as much information as you allow, and I have rendered the account private, but what remains is available to you. You did not provide what you promised in that trade, and I want you to close the account — public means available or not.

You posted your issue a few weeks ago now. Has it been resolved? If not, I’d like to get clarification on exactly what it is you need.
Gravatar, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are in a sense three different services. Also, there does not seem to be any service at RingTo.com.
