I have disabled auto-renew for you. You will still receive e-mail from us alerting the impending expiration date so that you have the chance to manually renew.

I disabled auto renew under your account. You will still have use of mystiscents.com until its expiration date. You can always manually renew once that date arrives. Thanks!

When I try to cancel my upgrade, it gives me and error since it’s outside the refund window. All I want is for the domain not to auto-renew. The domain is reclaimculture.com . Can you please help me?
