Cancel and refund of purchased theme

nothing happens when i click on the link within the email to confirm a “cancel and refund” of a purchased theme. It sends me to an empty page with a question that says “Are you sure you want to do this?” There is nothing else on the page.

Are you trying to cancel and refund the Publisher theme? I can go ahead and do that for you. Just reply to confirm.
It sounds like your confirmation link is incomplete. Can you send me a screenshot of the page you’re getting sent to? You can just upload it to your Media Library and I’ll be able to see it from there.

Yes I am trying to cancel the Publisher theme. Its beautiful but it doesn’t quite fit my needs. I also uploaded the image of the page that I get sent to when I try to confirm the cancellation. Its now in the media library.

I’ve refunded your theme purchase. Please note, it normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
