Cancel and refund

    Hi. I thought I had already gone through this process with WordPress. I want to cancel this account and get a refund for the most recent charge.

    For what exactly would you like a refund? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites, has never bought anything from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you.

    If you’ve received a charge on your credit card saying it’s from “WORDPRESS”, it’s for an site in a different account.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
