I want to cancel my account. I had no idea I had automatic subscriptions and do not want a word press account. I have contested with my bank as I did not know I was signing up to this

Can you un-contest that? We can help with a refund, but not during a bank investigating. Also, we do send several renewal reminders; can you double check to be sure your email address listed here is still current?
