  I looked at the instructions to cancel a domain name, but there is no “Cancel” button on “My Upgrades”, even thought I am an Administrator of the site. I also can see no way to turn off automatic renewal. (I recognized that no refund is due.) I wish to cancel “partnersinlearninggb.com” as it is no longer required. The domain was purchased by the previous administrator – does she have to cancel it? So much time wasted. What I would really like is a phone number to talk to a real live WordPress support person to resolve this.

  Only the owner of the domain subscription can cancel it or disable auto-renew.

  I am the owner of partnersinlearning.ca. I would like everything transferred to pilspacey – ownership, billing, name etc. I will be removing myself as this blog’s administrator, owner etc.

  I have another blog with wordpress – portfrankscameraclub.com that I want to retain, so please don’t touch this one.
