Can you transfer my wordpress.com followers to my new wordpress.org blog?

I read in the support forum that I had to contact support to get them to transfer my .com followers to my .org site. It is the same blog, just self-hosted now. I want to transfer followers from urbanspiritual.wordpress.com to urbanspiritual.org.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

After you install Jetpack and activate it Staff can do this for you.
