Can you transfer my followers to my current blog?

Hello, my blog is called Floating 20’s (http://floating20s.wordpress.com/). I have two prior blogs and I would like to transfer my followers of them to my Floating 20’s blog. The first is ZenninEm (http://zenninem.wordpress.com/) and the second is NourishMe360 (https://nourishme360.wordpress.com/). Thank you!
