Can not Use Plug-in

Hi,
We use WordPress.com (free version) , but we can not download and instal plug-ins.
There are no ‘plug-in’ tag in our admin page.
Can we use plug-in? -

i’d like to use the living stories plug-in created last year for the google news project. is it possible to upload or somehow access that?

No it is not. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install individual plugins into them Those found on the internet are for wordpress.ORG installs which run on different software.

If you want to upload more than one image at a time into a WordPress.com free hosted blog then you can do that. With WordPress’s flash uploader (which is the default, you can choose multiple images to upload into your Media Libraray, although I would typically suggest keeping it to 10 or less at a time. Sometimes with slow internet connections it will produce a timeout and not all the images will upload.

I chose mapping my domain and now I want to add a plugin to monetize my blog. I see that I went about it incorrectly.
Now that it is done, can I un-map my domain SO i Can use a plugin?
Can you please tell me the steps to find where I would unmap or do I need to start all over?

thanks for the speedy reply. I want to install a wordpress.org so I can monetize my blog. It is called INdepthresearch.wordpress.com
( I deleted my everything about panama.wordpress.com blog.)
This is a new blog altogether.
What I can’t figure out is how to “delete” my two blog URLs that I have right now. Or doesn’t that matter?
I have currently:

You have two WordPress.com blogs. They are not WordPress.ORG blogs. You will have to buy hosting, install software from WordPress.org in the webspace you get, and then export the contents of those blogs into your new webspace. If you just bought mapping, then you just got mapping: you’re still hosted here.
There is no way to use a plug-in at WordPress.com. You will have to export your blog to somewhere else. If you bought the domain and mapping so you could use plugins, you can go to the Store tab on your dashboard and ask for a refund.
