Can I transfer a wordpress page to another wordpress owner with new address?

    Hi. I’m supposed to create a web page for a project to be one of the web pages owned by an institute who also uses wordpress. I’d need to apply to the institute to be one of their page editors with them and use their account later which takes time. When I do eventually, the address to the page I do may have to be changed too. In the meantime, I really need to get the project running.

    Is there a way for me to make a site for the project using my account and transfer to their account and change the site address as well when the time comes? If I distribute the site address now to run the project, will I need to resend it again to all clients and subscribers (hope not, since I need to press other printed materials too) or will they be automatically redirected to the new address?

    Hope there’s a way to do this. Thanks a bunch.
