Can I redirect individual WordPress blog posts to "replacement" blog posts?
-
I am trying to find a way to 301 redirect individual WordPress blog posts to “replacement” blog posts that I have built on my own domain in my content management system.
For instance:
From
http://humanresourceslegislation.wordpress.com/2014/01/17/2014-affordable-care-act-legislation-reading-the-tea-leaves-i/
To
http://www.ceridian.com/resources/blogs/human-resources-legislation-blog/affordable-care-act-2014-reading-the-tea-leaves-i.html.I know I can pay $13 per year to redirect ALL my previous WordPress posts to a single new domain/URL, but is there a way to retain the SEO value and UX by redirecting from WP to the individual replacement page within my CMS?
Thanks in advance for your help.

No.

Your only option is the Site Redirect – then do another 301 redirect on your new site for individual Posts –
