Can I really trust wordpress?

    Yesterday my private blog that is for my personal use has been “archived or suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service.”. I tried to contact support asking how could it happen and I believe it’s a mistake and I need my blog back but noone responds. I’m starting to have privacy concern about this site. Can anyone explain what’s the matter? Thanks.

    We volunteers here in the forums are your fellow bloggers, so we have no authority to determine whether a blog is in violation of TOS or not.
    Staff policy is that they will not to discuss such issues in the public forums.
    Just follow the directions you see on your dashboard to contact staff. Be patient, and check you spam / junk mail folder in case their replay gets caught there.

    Keep in mind that staff can view private blogs for tech support purposes.
