I delete a site but I want to use the name : zapdate.wordpress.com. Please, I need this name.
The blog I need help with is imceline.wordpress.com.

Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to reuse its WordPress.com address. So you will have to pick a different blog address this time.
