Hello,

I’m trying to purchase a Premium account upgrade using a PayPal credit account. However, it asks me for a card number. I do have my debit card linked to my PayPal account, but I don’t want to pay with my debit card right now; I want to pay using my line of credit on PayPal. Is this possible?

Below are the only accepted means of payment.

WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/

Hi there,

On the screen where you have to give the card number there should be a link to pay directly with PayPal. Does it still ask you for a card number even if you click that?

Because our upgrades are subscription based PayPal requires a card to be linked to your account, but it should work with a debit card and it should allow you to pay with funds already in your PayPal account.
