business upgrade question

  I am hosting a domain on godaddy and am thinking of upgrading from the free blog. Can I link the new WP domain directly to my godaddy web site (other than the blog which is working fine) so I can work in godaddy. I apologize for my ignorance. Located at http://www.freedomexercises.org
