Hello WordPress support team,
My name is Phillip Baek, currently a college student at UT Austin. I had purchased a business account initially at half the price, but I had forgotten to cancel it once the my project was out of commission, so I did not make any changes on the website for an entire year. 3 days ago, I was charged $320 for the annual subcription, and I am begging for a refund please. I know it was my bad forgetting to cancel the plan, but I did not use any of the services at all and I literally have no money to buy food and textbooks…
