From your mention of the MyListing theme, it looks like your website is on the self-hosted WordPress.org instead of WordPress.com which is what’s supported here in these forums (see https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/ for the differences between the two).
But just to be sure, can you please share the address of the website you need help with?
If your site is on WordPress.org, I would suggest going to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find extensive WordPress.org documentation. You can also ask users who have more expertise/experience with WordPress.org for help with your issue at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
