  I just bought it… how do i get it to download and bring to my self hosted acct?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot use any premium theme that’s provided by a third party to WordPress.com and is licensed for use only and adapted to run only on wordpress.com software on any wordpress.ORG install. Be clear on that please and contact Elegant Themes directly for a copy of The Style that’s licensed and code to run on WordPress.ORG software.

  If you bought the WordPress.COM theme version then provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  If you bought the WordPress.ORG theme version you need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names and have different support forums http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
