blog with unauthorized content and no response from admin

    Hi. There is a wordpress.com blog, here: https://mchsphtest2.wordpress.com/ which seems to have been set up as a TEST site by someone, and they copied content from a site that I manage (which has since been retired). The content at https://mchsphtest2.wordpress.com is out of date, it’s showing up in search engines, and we never gave permission for someone to copy our content here anyway, so it really needs to be removed or hidden. I’ve tried to contact the admin by posting messages on the home page, and I can see the post says “Your comment is awaiting moderation” but I get no reply from the admin. Any suggestions?
