I have sontacted support several times now since yesterday, I never get an answer.
What else can I do?
The blog I need help with is fdogblog.wordpress.de.
Looks like the blogs been shut down.
It could be a view days, support isn’t always lightning fast.
There’s noting we Volunteers can do for you.

I have been here almost 4 years. There has never been a case of actual hacking here that I’m aware of What I am aware of is many cases where members claim their blog has been hacked. However, investigation proves that, in fact, the blogger used a password that could be easily guessed by those who were reading their blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/
Thats quite possible. Still, we would like the blog back.

I did get a reply to my earlier enquiries, thanks to support for that
Still, me and my three co-bloggers would like our blog (or its content) back. Its not just us. Many other people have blogged on fdog.wordpress.com , lots of them also have other wordpress blogs. So there are many people affected.
Now I guess support has a lot to do, still I would be greatful if this issue could be resolved soon.
Strange things happen at our new blog now, fdogblog.wordpress.com. where we evacuated to after enemies of free speech hijacked our old blog fdog.wordpress.com.
My two co-bloggers alerted me that they have been downgraded from administrator to author. I checked and its true: They were downgraded, but certainly not by me. I am still administrator. Nobody else appears as member of our blog, so we have not been hijacked again (or have we?). Do you have an idea what happened?
This feels slightly spooky.
Contact staff directly through the dashboard of that blog. It’s the safest way (the hijackers can’t tell you’ve done it) and it gives the staff all kinds of additional info they can’t get from the forums. As well, things they get from that form have the highest priority. Then comes email. And they only occasionally check the forum.

Maybe I am super stupid, but what button do you mean? Can you describe where it is?
On your Dashboard, you go to the far right-hand side near the top, right under Log Out. There’s a button there called Help. Click that and you’ll get a link to “other help” where in your case you’d click on Users. Then you fill in the form that clicking brings up.
Ok, now I see what you mean. I thought there was another “support button” I did not know and I found old information that its on the right. Sorry, I am a bit stressed out.
Ups, didnt see you last post. Ok, this takes you to the contat support ticket right? I have already done this. Didnt know you could go this way too. At least I learned something.
Is it possible that support is not revieving my tickets? I just got an E-Mail from support staff where I was told how I can export the content of my blog.
Well, I think I made it very clear by now that me an my co-bloggers are locked out of our blog (please see above). So I can not access it anymore.
I am really confused now.
These people have threatened to delete the blog soon, so really, I feel we are running out of time. Im writing tickets and E-Mails since tuesday.
I realize WP support has a lot of work to do, but I feel like I am completly ignored.
