Blog Directory linking/listing

    Blogstreet India is a directory like technorati and blogexplosion. When I was at blogger, after submission of the blog, we had to put the following in the template:-

    a href=’http://india.blogstreet.com/bsibin/profile.cgi?url=hirenshah.wordpress.com’><img src=”http://india.blogstreet.com/images/owner/profile.gif?YAIESOOL1139553516″ border=0 />

    Where do I put it in wordpress?I am new to blogging and wordpress so kindly guide me. As per the latest statistics, 24 out of 25 Indians do not use the internet and few among those who do blog(none of my friends do) or are blog savy. Please bear with me if what I am asking seems to be too basic or seemigly stupid. Thanks.

    Food for thought- Everyday I see Indian bloggers warming up to wordpress. If they shift en masse which is quite likely, more key masters shall be required. India has a huge english speaking population.
