Blog cannot be deleted

Hello,
I am not able to delete a former blog of mine, which used to run as a free version on wordpress.com and was migrated to a private server version later on by a partner. Unfortunately, I still see the blog (postapocalypse.simulationsraum.de) in the “My websites” section, although it’s empty and the later standalone version does not exist anymore – if I try to use the dashboard, the external (broken) link opens. I thought my former partner on the blog had already erased it, but it isn’t. Any ideas?
