    I do not have a credit card on file but I was billed. I need to know how to get a hold of someone in billing. HELP!

    Note: Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to a the registered email address for each username account so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you.

    Hi there,

    I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase. Do you have another account that you have access to?

    I am not sure what account. I only have that one. My email addresses are (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Please cancel any and all wordpress accounts and refund my money. I do not have $99 to spare right now. Thank you.

    Sorry, I am not sure how to let you know about my accounts if I cannot use my email or my name. Can we work on this someplace where I can reveal those things?
