Billing issue on another account

    Hi there,
    We are currently being billed at my company for a site and we do not know the credentials to login and cancel.

    The site is:
    mortgagemapp.wordpress.com

    And we were last billed on 9/2/2016 for $99.

    Please advise.

    Hey Dustin,

    I’ll add modlook tag in sidebar for a staff to respond to this thread.
    Meanwhile check if the site is linked to your account. Also check if you have another account created with some other email id as every account has unique email id linked.

    Hi Dustin,

    mortgagemapp.wordpress.com is owned by mortgagemapp — you will need to login to that account if you wish to cancel the purchase.

    If you are unable to remember the login details, the password can be reset from this page using either the username or email address:

    https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    Once you have access to the account, the purchase can be cancelled from the Manage Purchases page:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
