BIG PROBLEM

Hello, i have problem with login. How can log in to wordpress account without e mail or pass? I found out how to change username and pass in c panel, but it is only for wp admin, when i type those credentials on wordpress page i cant get in. I can log in to wp admin with them.
Guy who worked on my web site doesnt answer to me, so i cant recover pass.
He put his e mail on wordpress account. -
