  I need to access a backup of http://www.ever faithful pets.com because the wrong one is published online.

  If you are on a WordPress.com Business or eCommerce plan, you will have backups available to you, they can be viewed in the Activity Log (My Sites → Jetpack → Activity Log).

  We can’t help you as your site isn’t runnng on the wordpress.com latform but is hosted at Godaddy and is using the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/
