  I added a background picture…I see it in the theme edit page but not anywhere else, I cleared cache and cookies

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Did you figure this out? When I clicked on your site, it shows a rainbow striped background page, is that what you were trying to use?
