So I decided to use the free ‘Cubic’ template (thanks to the creators, it’s a great look) but have been struggling with a few things for my blog; readersplayground.wordpress.com
I can insert a logo, but not a full illustrated header for some reason, which is what I want to do. Also I can’t seem to figure out how to change the background from its charcoal grey to an image or an abstract background. Please help. Thanks in advance.

    Glad you’re liking Cubic!

Cubic doesn’t support a custom header or a custom background image, to keep the emphasis on the images in the posts grid.

With custom CSS you could concoct a workaround if you wanted – you’d need the WordPress.com Premium or Business plan to access that feature.
