    Hello there,

I manage a corporate paid account that is hosted on wordpress. the website has crashed due to a DNS mismatch and i’m unable to even log in from it.

I am sorry to hear this issue you are having with your domain name. DNS mismatch can be resolved in the domain’s DNS management. The domain’s name servers must be your host’s name servers for it to work.

May I know the domain name, so we can check if it’s from WordPress.com?

I also recommend checking your host’s details from this link: https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/
