  ARGH! Banging head on desk.

  Forgot my password, so asked for a reset. It says it sent it to my email. I check the email attached to the account (and my regular email). There’s a link in the one attached to the account. I click it. It says sending new password to email.

  NEW PASSWORD NOT COMING TO EMAIL. I have checked, asked for email download. No email. Try the process again. It sends another email with the hyperlink to click to get new password. Click the link and get the message “password sent to email” Password never shows up in email.

  Isn’t this the definition of insanity? Keep doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results?

  Cannot get into my account at ALL. Had to create this new user name just to post the question.

  Have cleared cookies.

  Anybody got any ideas? Thank you very much.

  Did you look in your Spam folder? The emails often go there.
