Allow users to follow my blog button

    Where is the wordpress “allow other users to follow me” button?
    I have two non hosted wordpress sites, on one of them, i have it enabled so users can follow me. I can’t remember how to get the wordpress bar to show or how to allow other users to follow me. Also, I am following one of my other blogs and it’s not showing up in my reader. this is frustrating.

    That Admin bar appears only on blogs hosted by WordPress.COM. You are posting to the wrong support forum. We provide support only for sites hosted by WordPress.COM that site is not one of them. Contact your web host.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
