This seems to happen for all themes in general and no site in particular. I may be wrong but it seems like a tiny bug.
Say a post has 10 bloggers who has liked that post. This number is presented as a link below that post saying 10 bloggers like this. Upon clicking on the number of bloggers, a popup returns as
%d bloggers like this:
Browser used: Chrome on Windows
Please check and advice.

Hi there, Thanks for posting this. I’m sharing a screenshot from your post Until Next Time
but are you saying you see this on other WordPress.com websites as well?

Updating to note that I do see this issue on other sites as well.
I’ve gone ahead and flagged this thread for Staff attention.

Hm, I’m not able to see this myself, perhaps it was corrected.
Does it look right on your end now? You might need to clear your browser’s cache to see any change: https://www.refreshyourcache.com

Oh, interesting, I see it now, it happens specifically when clicking, not hovering.
I’ll report this upstream, thanks!

Ok, if you’d like to follow along, this is reported now at https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/19668
Thanks again!

Thankyou @justjennifer and @macmanx for considering the case and thanks to all the devs at Automattic as well for fixing the same! Post release of fix, please do let me know and I will be happy to resolve this case, and also test it from my side too if needed.
Happy to be of help!

Howdy y’all. Sorry about that! The fix has been tested and has been deployed. Things should be right in the world once again.

Yes indeed. Tested to be OK now. Thanks all! ♥
Wish to also mention a big thankyou to my dear friend Stephy Jacob who identified the problem on my blog-site and let me know about it. ♥
