All standard roles aren’t able to update media, the admin is

    Hello everyone,

    currently I am using only the standard role model of WP and I have an issue I cant fix so far. As Administrator I am able to upload media. But my users (only editors) aren’t able to, although they upload the exact same image. They receive the message:

    “The server cannot process the image. This can happen if the server is busy or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels.”

    I tried to reduce the size and change the format without any success to upload the image.

    Is there any permission for uploads I need to edit? Following the discription of the roles an editor should be able to upload media by default.
