All site in lowercase and cannot amend

My text is all appearing fine in page design but the front end is forced to lowercase.
Never had this issue beofre and using the same theme and plugins I use on other sites without any issues.
Help please !

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
