    you will not accept my email, 7 times i submit, 7 times you sy you sent verifications, 7 times, you lied, you sent nothing, this is my fourth ask for help memo, what is happening ?

    Thanks for reaching out to us. I can assure you that no one is lying to you here.

    According to our records we have attempted to send the confirmation email 7 times to (email visible only to moderators and staff) – which is the email you’ve entered on your account. The message is being bounced back to us, saying “mailbox unavailable” and “No Mailbox”

    I notice in your post here, you’ve put the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) – which is different than the one above.

    Are you using the right email address when requesting the confirmation?
