  I have read all the postings about changing the name or file size of an image. I still get an error message and don’t understand why I can’t upload images. Please advise

  Hi there,

  To what site are you trying to upload images, and what is the exact error you’re seeing?

  Are you uploading directly to the media library at My Site ->Site ->Media, or using the Add Image option from within the post/page editor?

  What browser, including version number, are you using? Does clearing the browser cache help at all, or does it work if you use a different browser?
