affiliate program – beginner's question

Hi,
I have recived your mail about affiliate program. I have basic question. I would like to run a blog about scrap metal life, scrappers stuff and so on.
I’ve started writting it in Polish language (my first language). But i want to run second one in english. Could you tell me which blog (in english or in polish or both) could participate in affiliate program?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes, it doesn’t matter if your blog is in English or Polish language.
Thank for asking, WordPress.com has recently introduced its Affiliate program.

Once you apply it’s manually approved so, you’ll have to wait until your account is approved after that you can access your dashboard using the same link https://refer.wordpress.com/
