  With Grid Focus there is a menu bar that allows people who visit the site to “Browse by Topic,” but I can’t locate where to add/change the topics – right now the default is “Uncategorized” and I was hoping to add several other topics. Help?!

  Topics = post categories. You need to file your posts under appropriate categories. The post editor includes a Categories module: there you add the category you want or select an existing one.
