Adding audio and the premium plan question

    I am creating a website for a journalism class of mine and I need to add audio to the site. It says that I need to upgrade to the premium plan to do that. But when I go to checkout it says that I need to pay $96. Is there a way to either pay less, get a trial for a month, or a way around paying so I can add audio. Like I said I am only making this site for a class that is ending in a few weeks. So me paying $96 for a year makes no sense. Thank you.

    You could link the audio from elsewhere on a free plan. If you wish to upload audio directly to your site/media library you’ll need at least the Personal plan. You don’t have to use the Premium plan. https://en.support.wordpress.com/audio/
    PS: There is a 30 day refund window (48 hours for domains) for WordPress.com upgrades.
