  I’m trying to add the following code to the site https://uuclonline.wordpress.com using the Custom HTML Block in the visual block editor.

  I shows up fine in the preview, but when I publish the page it disappears. Help?

  You can’t use the iframle on a free wordpress.com website. The HTML you can use is very limited for security reasons, https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  Do you know what PAID level I would need to upgrade to in order for this to function?

  To do so you must upgrade to the Business Plan.
