Adding a text for logged-out users

Hello,
I wish to add an HTML text that shall be visible only to users who are not logged-in to WordPress. I could find the use of [HIDE THIS] plugin for the purpose, but owing to the fact that I own a WordPress site with a premium plan, I am unable to use plugins.
It would be great to know if there’s any other way around this problem by any chance.Thanking you.
Regards,
Darsh Khetan(@darshkhetan)The blog I need help with is darshkhetan.com.
Hi darshkhetanou
I’m not sure if this will help, but you can customize the visibility of widgets. For instance, you can add a Text widget and adjust the Visibility to:
Show if User is Logged Out
The Lodestar theme seems to support Sidebar and Footer widget areas, so you may be limited to those areas unless you switch your theme.
Cheers!
Hi there,
There is no way to add content that only appears if someone is logged out or logged in to a WordPress.com site, except by using plugins on our Business Plan.
Widget visibility settings controls whether or not a widget will load on a particular page on a site. It does not have any options to check whether someone is logged in or not when a page is viewed.

Before making suggestions like this it would be good if you first reviewed the relevant documentation to see whether what you’re suggesting is actually possible, or at the very least try it yourself on a test site first.
If you haven’t yet, please also take a look at our volunteer guidelines at https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-com-volunteers/
