I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain alexamitchelldesigns.com but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

I just tried it and alexamitchelldesigns.com is pointing to myshopify account now.

However, after typing alexamitchelldesigns.com and hitting enter, the address bar shows alexa-mitchell-designs.myshopify.com. If I want it to show alexamitchelldesigns.com, is this possible? I need to configure something on myshopify’s end?

It looks like there is a final step you need to do at Shopify to complete the process, according to this Shopify support page:
- Head to your Shopify admin, and go to “Preferences,” then to “DNS & Domains.”
- Click “+ Add a domain you already own”
- And enter your domain name in this format: YourStore.com (without the www.)
