Account Transfer Removed My Premium account options :(

    Gracie,

    Hi. The account works, but my Premium is not gone. When you transferred one account to the other, you didn’t transfer the Premium. If you look at the accounts, one had the Premium. What happen is when you transferred the Premium to the other account, which didn’t have the Premium, it set that account to non-Premium. Can you fix this? I paid for a Premium account a few days ago for the prince of $99.00 dollars. Your records should show this.

    Accounts can’t be transferred, only sites can.

    You are posting here as the account, lalentescura1

    I can see that the site, lentescura.wordpress.com, was transferred from the account, lentescura to the account, lalentescura1

    Your account, lalentescura1, now owns that site, including the Premium Plan and domain mapping upgrade. You will see these upgrades if you go to this link:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    I see Gracie has also given you this explanation twice via email already.

    If this is not what you want, please explain how you do want things set up instead.
