Account Closure Question

    Will deleting my account automatically end my Akisment billing? I thought I cancelled all my subsciptions/payments, but that one still went through and I can’t find a refund option. I want to close my wordpress account but want to make sure I won’t be charged again in the future.

    Hi, you won’t be able to delete an account that has active upgrades. I’d recommend heading to Akismet and cancelling your upgrades there directly.

    If you don’t see anything there but you are definitely being billed, please check to see whether you have other accounts.
