Account charged with no notice

My first domain, zippynoodle.com, was renewed on December 30th of 2018 and I haven’t used wordpress since I got it the year before. I never received any email about my account being renewed and so had no idea this would happen. I need a refund because I cannot afford this and was given no warning so that I would have had the chance to cancel before being charged. There is zero information in billing history or purchases.

@wellnesswaffles There are always a number of emails sent out reminding users with upgrades that a renewal is approaching. If you don’t see anything in the billing history of this account perhaps that site was created under a different account/username? In that case you’d need to be able to log in to that account to request a refund.
@nelsonortiz17. I don’t see a modlook tag. As this is a billing issue I have now added one. -
Okay so I think what happened was I tried to (and succeeded) in deleting zippy noodle.com and made wellnesswaffles in its place. I’ve already sent a form for account recovery for zippynoodle. When searching up why I was charged with the information from my credit card statement, it showed multiple charges for zippynoodle even though I’ve deleted it and hasn’t been active for a long time.
There’s no reason for me to be charged on a domain and account features which have been deleted and cancelled.

https://zippynoodle.com/ is online. It seems you created that site 29th January 2018 and it auto renewed 30th December 2018.

I know it’s there but it doesn’t exist when I’m logged into my account.
Im literally super frustrated because I just want one person who can actually solve this, and it needs to be done privately, not on an open forum, considering it involves personal account information that I can’t share here.
I cannot access zippynoodle right now and there is no way to even cancel it if I wanted to. Even if I can’t get a refund (which I will fight to do because it should not have happened in the first place) I need to somehow remove and cancel that account and whatever charges are attached to it.

@nelsonortiz17 Yeah it’s happened to me a few times so now I often go back to check my tags have “stuck”
@wellnesswaffles When you sign up you agree to be set up for auto-renew unless you make the point of opting out. (Most people don’t want to lose their domain if their plan expires). A member of staff will be able to tell you what the username is for the account (I assume it’s not zippynoodle?) and help you get a refund.
PS: If you could log into that account you could reach staff privately by Livechat and wouldn’t need to use this forum. -
