  I am unable to access my account as the email originally signed up with has been closed. How do I access my account to get a password reset sent to a new email address?

  Hey there,

  What is the username associated with the account you are trying to regain access to?

  If you could please fill out our account recovery form, The Account Recovery Team will see what they can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.

  If you ever purchased an upgrade under that account, you can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchased the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.
