Accessing Chat Support

  I subscribed to the explorer plan to get access to chat support for an existing website hosted elsewhere. Now I don’t see the chat option anywhere. How do I access it?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The support options here actually seem quite poor, in that it is not actually possible to access them.

  Chat support is only for sites hosted here at WordPress.com. For an existing site hosted elsewhere you need to reach out to your host for support. If the issue is with the wordpress software you could register an account and ask at the appropriate forums.
