  WordPress.com now includes certain plugin functionality within its sites, and has asked users to submit requests for any plugin that is a “must-have and would benefit users on WordPress.com”. (See Plugins Support.)

  The Accessibility Plugin is absolutely a must-have and would benefit users on WordPress.com, especially users with disabilities who face barriers to accessing WordPress.com sites. Many WordPress.com themes have known accessibility issues and even the most accessible WordPress.com themes could be improved by integrating the Accessibility Plugin.
